đĻ A Turkey on the Roof
Everyday Life
I live on the second floor of an apartment building in downtown
Green Bay. I have a balcony, which basically juts out onto the roof of
our parking structure. We're not allowed out on the roof, and it's just
covered in gravel.
This morning, Finn was growling and barking at the windows. I figured he just saw a bird or two. But then I saw a female turkey wander up to my balcony!
I notified the building manager downstairs. As of the time of this writing, the turkey's still out there wandering around and chilling in the sun.
To have turkeys in the busy downtown area is strange. To have one on the roof? Well, that's an entirely new level of strange.
